 With as few as 12 passengers, you can travel in the comfort and privacy of your own motorcoach with your own, private guide, and still enjoy low group tour prices. Order our

plan of your choice, usually withing 48 hours and often sooner.
QUOTATIONS
Select one of the nine group tours in our Biblical Journeys group travel planner, or
send us your own itinerary, and we will usually have the price for you within 48 hours of your request. In order to quote, we need to
know your preferred dates or season of travel, approximate numbers you expect in your group, the types of hotels you would like to feature on your tour, and any
special requests you or your group members may have. Our quote will include ALL cost items, so you won't face any surprises or unknown costs. Back to Top
Special requests or pricing for your own itinerary is handled by submitting an
itinerary or outline of your tour by e-mail or fax. We ask that you send us your tour requests in writing, so that we have your exact specifications on hand when we
price your tour. In most cases, you'll have our price within 48 hours, often sooner. Regardless of your destination or number of passengers, we will be able to help
you arrange very good, cost-effect travel and touring services for your group.
FREE TRIPS
 Our prices all begin as NET quotes. This means we haven't as yet added or prorated any free trips into the costs. This way, you have all the flexibility to meet your needs for free
trips, while having all the control of the selling price. Because our private groups are designed and tailored according to your specifications, so the ratio of paying passengers to free
trips is entirely up to you and the needs and wishes of your group. Back to Top
PROMOTIONAL SUPPORT — Brochures, Videos, Posters and more
Private groups almost always mean special promotional needs. You and your
group will want an attractive brochure that describes the details of your tour, a comprehensive reservation and billing process that is efficient and easy to follow.
We will handle every aspect of your group, from start to finish, beginning with a comprehensive media kit that includes brochures, a promotional video, lots of
colorful and informative destination materials, posters, and proven strategies for good, easy and inexpensive recruiting for your tour. Back to Top
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
 There is no financial obligation on your part for booking a group tour, not even for the brochures which we provide to
you. Just give us your best estimate of the number of passengers you are expecting, and until 90 days prior to departure, you can sign up your group members with only a $300 per person
deposit. Final payment, which we'll invoice for and collect, will be due by 60 days prior to departure, and that's it! Then, by no later than 2 weeks before departure,
we'll send you and your group members their documents, including tickets, vouchers, hotel lists and final instructions. As the tour host, you'll receive your own
passenger documents plus special tour host instructions and supplies. On tour, you won't have to worry about any operational details, as your guide will serve as
your tour manager, handling all hotel arrivals and departures and other details of your tour. Your job will be to serve as a host, and if you're a pastor, as spiritual
